Our hiring process from Contact to Contract
Everything starts with an initial contact. For this, we need some information from you.
If you submit your CV and motivation, we would like to invite you for an interview to get to know each other. A Curriculum only tells something about your work experience or education, but we would also like to get to know the person behind it.
If we both feel it’s the right leap, then we’ll set up the terms of employment for you and things will really start.
Criteria for a starting position
All of our Development Program participants meet the following criteria:
- A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or IT.
- Excellent grades at a well-known University or Business School.
- 0-3 years of work experience.
- Proficient in English at min. B2-level.
