How we select the junior financials for you

When choosing the best finance trainees for your company, we believe that you have to look at the bigger picture. Next to testing their financial skills, all our candidates are tested on soft skills, speaking and writing English, and tooling skills.

Together, we try to find out how we can support and improve them during the development program.
