- A twelve month Delevelopment Program where you take lead in and shape your development with suport from a managerial mentor. During this program you have assignments in different companies.

In our Development Program we offer a broad range of professional training and we provide you with coaching tailored to your development needs, like:

- English language course (C1 level)

Criteria for a starting position
All of our Development Program participants meet the following criteria:
- A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or IT.
- Excellent grades at a well-known University or Business School.
- 0-3 years of work experience.
- Proficient in English at min. B2-level.
